In 2026, we distributed 259 wheelchairs to adults and children with mobility disabilities in Jordan.
This distribution was made possible thanks to the generous support of Abercrombie & Kent Philanthropy, in partnership with HCD Jordan and the Institute for Family Health.
For many recipients, this was their first time receiving a wheelchair, restoring their independence and allowing them to participate in community life.

This number is based on UCP Wheels for Humanity’s multiplier, which takes the birth rate in each country and estimates that one wheelchair impacts the beneficiaries life in full, 0.75% of his or her primary caregiver’s life and 0.25% of the surrounding family members’ (siblings) lives. | 681 |
