Mobility Appeal for Ukraine
A Alexander van Holk Campaign, in support of Ukraine
Description
Mobility Appeal for Ukraine
Four years into the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, the war may have faded from many headlines, but for those on the ground, the need for support remains as urgent as ever. The resilience shown by the Ukrainian people throughout these past years has been deeply moving and inspiring.
This summer, Walkabout Foundation trustee Alex van Holk, and his friends Ernst, Ollie and Alex, are travelling to Ukraine. They will deliver two wheelchair-adapted vehicles and source assistive equipment locally in Ukraine, supporting soldiers who have been injured or permanently disabled as a result of the war.
Walkabout Foundation is proud to support Alex and his friends in this endeavour, partnering with Protect Ukraine to deliver urgently needed equipment and assistance to people affected by the war.
Together, they aim to raise £50,000.
If you would like to support this initiative, we would be incredibly grateful for any contribution.
